Handmade to Great Grandfather Robert Pringle's 1902 recipe, our beloved steak lorne sausage uses only the finest Scottish Border's raised beef, select herbs, rusks, and spices. Hand pressed, and made especially fresh for you, we believe our steak lorne is the most beautifully juicy and tasty lorne sausage there is!
Grilling: Preheat your grill to moderate heat. Remove the sausage from its packaging and place it on a suitable tray. Make sure to leave about 10cm of space between the sausage and the heat source. Grill for approximately 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.

Pan-frying: Heat oil/butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Remove the lorne sausage from its packaging and fry for approximately 6-8 minutes, turning several times. Lower the heat if required during cooking

Air Fry: Place lorne sausage in air fryer tray. Set the temperature at 190 degrees for 9 minutes, turning lorne midway to ensure an even finish.
